would require broadcasters to report [00:09] data on the race and gender of their [00:11] staff form 395b requires broadcasters to [00:15] collect employee data on Race ethnicity [00:18] and gender and post the data on the FCC [00:21] hosted online public inspection file [00:24] according to the nrb this form exceeds [00:26] the fcc's statutory Authority violates [00:28] the equal protection component of the [00:30] Fifth Amendment and the Free Speech [00:32] Clause of the first amendment in short [00:35] it's more abuse from another Rogue [00:38] government agency let's bring in legal allowing the cancel culture [01:16] to gather the raw materials they need to [01:18] harass people that don't fit to their [01:20] idealistic standards of having um people [01:24] really frankly it's an ideological [01:27] driven thing rather than uh even ethnic [01:30] or race but they want to dox people [01:33] cancel people that don't tow the line [01:35] wow yeah in particular religious people [01:38] under under Democrats you know we've [01:39] seen nothing but abuse of power and [01:42] betrayal from our once trusted [01:43] government agencies like the FCC tell us [01:46] how the FCC would abuse further this [01:50] data put in a real world term demanding [01:53] uh these demographic uh bits of data [01:56] from [01:57] broadcasters well if they were gathering [01:59] the data to just you know do studies and [02:03] it wasn't published in a public format [02:05] or was disaggregated meaning you [02:08] couldn't match you know one station's [02:11] forms with a with that station's [02:13] Personnel then it would be completely a [02:16] different situation but this is on the [02:19] on the publicly accessible website so [02:21] that everybody can see exactly the [02:23] makeup of every broadcaster that has the [02:26] requisite number of employees and that's [02:29] really building you know the building [02:30] blocks the tools that the left needs to [02:33] harass people it's like the Attorney [02:34] General of California was struck down by [02:36] the uh Supreme Court of the United [02:38] States when they wanted to have all the [02:40] conservative organizations uh disclose [02:43] their donors to the AG of California it [02:45] was up they were up to no good and [02:47] Supreme Court struck that down we're [02:49] hopeful the Supreme Court will reach or [02:51] the fifth circuit before then will reach [02:53] that same result saying this is [02:55] gathering data you don't need for any [02:57] legitimate purpose and it can be used in [02:59] the fair various ways to violate [03:01] people's [03:02] rights well let's let's broaden this [03:04] discussion because I think you hit on [03:05] something about the ideology component [03:07] here I suspect the fcc's flagrant abuse [03:10] as a result of this cancerous what I [03:12] call the die agenda being pushed by [03:15] leftwing extremis in government [03:16] diversity inclusion Equity but but let's [03:20] conduct a thought experiment here look [03:21] at the uh the National Football League [03:24] the National Basketball Association [03:25] currently their team's businesses you [03:28] know they're not populated by they are [03:31] populated by Merit and they don't [03:33] reflect America's population large [03:36] should we insist that they clear their [03:37] rosters and make sure their teams [03:39] resemble the proper percentage of color [03:42] here's another example companies like [03:44] Boeing they're going woke now we learned [03:47] that the Federal Aviation Administration [03:48] said Monday it's open an investigation [03:50] into Boeing after the company reported [03:52] that workers at a South Carolina plant [03:54] falsified inspection records on C on [03:57] certain 787 planes this overreaching [04:01] government social engineering is going [04:03] to have deadly consequences if we don't [04:05] stop it [04:07] no indeed you're right the the boing [04:09] example is very appropriate because [04:12] years ago uh they uh fired one of their [04:15] vice presidents of public relations [04:18] because of a statement he had made about [04:20] 30 years earlier um when he was an Air [04:22] Force officer saying women shouldn't be [04:24] flying in combat uh kind of roles and [04:27] because of a statement made 30 years [04:29] earlier they fired him they fired a [04:30] competent person because he wasn't woke [04:34] and and so that was really the the [04:37] signal that Boeing was not pursuing [04:39] Excellence was not pursuing safety was [04:41] pursuing diversity equity and inclusion [04:44] and that I think d uh example is or the [04:48] acronyms correctly named D is because [04:51] your your company will die if you go in [04:54] in that trajectory our country will die [04:56] if we don't get away from the idea that [04:58] we're going to be anything other than a [05:01] colorblind Society we need to be the [05:03]
